[Intended use]
This kit is used for qualitative determination of methamphetamine/ketamine/morphine/cocaine/ecstasy in human hair in vitro. This kit is only suitable for the initial screening test of methamphetamine/ketamine/morphine/cocaine/ecstasy. More sensitive detection means, such as gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography, are needed for further confirmation or to obtain the further exact concentration of the sample.

[Test Method]
Read the kit instruction completely before testing, and restore the kit to room temperature before use.
1. Take about 10mg hair sample and cut the hair into about 2-5mm length;
2. Pour all the hair into a centrifuge tube filled with lysate and grinding beads, grind for 3 minutes, and place horizontally for 1 minute after grinding; Hair lysis time exceeding 30 minutes is ineffective; (If the hair is not ground, add the hair directly into the lysate and mix thoroughly, then place it horizontally for cleavage for 5 minutes)
3. The reagent card is unsealed and placed on a flat table;
4. Take an appropriate amount of samples from the lysate treated above with an eyedropper (avoid taking out the hair together), vertically add 3 drops of lysate droplets in the eyedropper to the sample adding hole of the detection card, timed for 5 minutes;
5. For the interpretation result at 5 minutes, the reagent card shows the corresponding drug reagent strip, and the interpretation is carried out according to the corresponding strip.

[Result]
1. Negative (-) : two purplish red bands appear, one in the quality control area (C) and the other in the detection area (T). A negative result indicates that the hair concentration is below its threshold.
2. Positive (+) : only a purplish red band appears in quality control area (C), and no purplish red band appears in detection area (T). A positive result indicates that the concentration of the drug in the hair is above its threshold.
3. Invalid: colorless band appears in control area (C). In any case, a purplish red band should appear in the control area (C). If there is no purplish red band in the control area, it indicates an operation error or deterioration of the kit and should be retested.
